Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Plastic Cell Architecture (PCA) is proposed as a computing architecture based on flexible reconfiguration of hardware. We propose a prototype device named PCA-Chip2 and a design automation environment for the device. In this paper, a model and basic circuits for dataflow control logic such as branch or loop are proposed. The model is based on data-driven control utilizing hand-shake and pipeline mechanism of communication channels of the PCA device. Conditional branch units, selectors, duplicators, terminators for the model are designed as basic ciruits.
