Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose carrier selection hybrid ARQ method for multicarrier systems.. In this method, we utilize the difference of received power between carriers. On the retransmission, good condition's carriers are selected by reducing the number of transmitting carriers, and the transmit power is concentrated. In such carriers, the punctured bits are retransmitted, so the good condition's bits are received constantly in the bit stream. As a result, it is possible to decode under good condition. By using the computer simulation, we can confirm that the proposed system improved PER and the throughput performance with limited retransmit times.
