Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Band Division Multiplexing MC-CDMA (BD-MC-CDMA) system is examined as one of candidates for the next generation mobile communication system. In the BD-MC-CDMA system, frequency band selection scheme is an important subject because it effects to system capacity. This paper proposes a frequency band and slot selection scheme in consideration of channel conditions for the cellular BD-MC-CDMA system. In the proposed scheme, base stations select a frequency band and a time slot based on channel conditions estimated at mobile stations. We analyze the performance of the proposed scheme by computer simulation. From the simulation results, we show that the proposed scheme has good transmission performance.
