| 抄録(和) | 近年注目されているBluetooth^TMは,2.4GHz帯を使用する周波数ホッピング方式の無線通信システムである.このBluetoothシステムに用いるベースバンドLSIの開発に際し,RFトランシーバLSIからの受信データの取り込みについて,2種類の方式の検討を行った.1つ目の方式は,受信データの変化点検出により生成したクロックを用いて,受信データをサンプルする方式である.2つ目の方式は、Bluetooth特有の機器識別コードと受信データとのスライド相関値を求めることによって生成したクロックにより,受信データをサンプルする方式である.これらの2つの方式について、各種RFトランシーバLSIに対する受信性能の測定を行った.スライド相関方式の方が変化点検出方式より良いという結果が得られた. |
| 抄録(英) | The Bluetooth is a wireless communication standard specified by Bluetooth SIG, which enables short-distant wireless communications among the various kinds of personal equipments such as mobile computers, handy phones, and so on. In development of the Bluetooth baseband LSI, two kinds of the clock recover methods are examined, which extracts the baseband clock from the baseband signal fed from the RF (Radio Frequency) transceiver LSI and samples the signal using this extracted clock. The measured results show that the sliding correlator method, which extracts the best match clock of the over-sampled baseband signal using the sliding correlation with the synchronization word, gives better packet loss rate performance than the signal change position detection method, which extracts the baseband clock using the rising/falling edges of the over-sampled baseband signal. |
