Abstract(in English) | We have fabricated organic light-emitting-transistor (OLET) combining static induction transistor (SIT) with organic light-emitting-diode(OLED). The OLET has a grid-type Al gate electrode that was formed using a shadow evaporation mask in the hole transporting layers. The effective electrode area of OLET is approximately 4mm^2.
