Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have investigated temporal characteristics of PVCz based three-layered polymer light emitting diodes(PLED; ITO/PVCz:HTL/PVCz:EML/PVCz:ETL/Mg・Ag). Dependence of temporal change of luminances on both the emissive layer and the electron transport layer has been studied. Dependencies of characteristics on the molecular difference between DSB and Perylene in Alq_3 based devices and also that on the molecular difference in PBD based devices have been described. Elongated life under atmospheric operation has been obtained by the devices based on PBD and Ir(ppy)_3 as dopants.
