Flicker Reduction Technologies for Low Frequency Driving TFT-LCDs

Abstract(in English) One method of low power consumption for Mobile TFT-LCDs is driving TFT-LCDs at a low frame frequency. Now TFT-LCDs are driven at 60 frames/s in order that man can't perceive flicker. As one of flicker reduction technologies driving TFT-LCDs at a low frame frequency, we report a driving technology reducing flicker caused by TFT off-leakage current and liquid crystal leakage current.
