Abstract(in English) | X-ray microbeam is considered to be one of the key technologies in the third generation synchrotron radiation light source. Many tepes of X-ray microbeam and microscope have been developed at seveal synchrotron radiation facilities. The recent progress on X-ray microbeam/microscopy at SPring-8 is reviewed. |
