Abstract(in English) Our aim is development of high-efficiency power amplifier with variable matching. It becomes important for ubiquitous society where various communication systems are developed. A design of power amplifier for variable output power such as OFDM is investigated. This becomes also important for real-time varying load systems, such as an adaptive array antenna and MIMO systems. By this research, the high frequency characteristics and the efficiency characteristics of the power amplifier using Si-MOSFET are evaluated with measured and simulated results. Adaptive matching design of power amplifier is reported.
