Abstract(in English) In this report, a dual band circular polarization antenna for the L1 and L2 bands of GPS is presented. This antenna is composed of two patch elements mounted on the two different dielectric substrates (ε_γ1and ε_γ2). The ringed patch element for the L2 band is placed around the square patch element for the L1 band. We analyzed the radiation caracteristics, the relative bandwidth for AR (axial ratio)<3 dB and the circular polarization gain, which vary according to a ratio of relative permittivity (ε_γ1 /ε_γ2). In the case of ε_γ1 /ε_γ2 = 6, the bandwidth values for the two bands are in agreement with each other and the gain for the L2 band is higher by 1.5 dB than that of the L1 band.
