Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have clarified the molecular structure and packing of various organopolysilanes. Poly(di-methyl silane), the most fundamental organopolysilane, is not solved in organic solvent at room temperature. Therefore, we have prepared the poly(di-methyl silane) thin film by vacuum-evaporation technique. In this paper, poly(di-methyl silane) thin film was prepared at a substrate temperature of 60[℃] during the deposition. When the obtained specimen was held in the vacuum chamber, the strength of the absorption peak appeared at 300[nm] became increased. On the other hand, when the specimen was held in the air, the strength of the absorption peak became decreased. The reason is discussed on the bases of the obtained data.
