| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,11種類のシトラス系精油を要素サンプルとしてその混合サンプルを作成し,質量分析器で測定したマススペクトルに基づいて,混合サンプルにおける要素サンプルの構成比(レシピ)を推定した.レシピの推定には非負拘束付き最小二乗法を用いて計算した.また,マススペクトルに対してm/zごとに重み付けをした場合についてレシピの推定精度が向上するかを検討した.その結果,互いに似通っているマススペクトルを持つシトラス系の11種類の精油を要素サンプルとした場合,各精油で違いが大きいm/zを強調することでレシピの推定精度が向上した. |
| 抄録(英) | In this study, we made the mixtures by blending eleven essential oil as target samples. We estimated the recipe of the target sample using a mass spectrometer and non-negative least squares method. We also calculated the recipe when the detector output at each m/z was weighted. As a result, the introduction of the weight enhanced the accuracy of the recipe estimation in case that the component samples were eleven kinds of citrus essential oils with similar mass spectrograms. |
