Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Dye-sensitized solar cell is expected to be used for future energy, because the cost of production is low, and large device is available. In this paper, we propose new solid state solar cell using poly(di-methyl silane) thin film prepared by vacuum evaporation method. Characteristic features of fabricated dye-sensitized solar cells are discussed on the bases of the structure and materials used.
