Abstract(in English) Using a polymeric multilayered-mirror attached to a piezoelectrically driven bimorph-polymer as an output mirror, Q-switching of a laser-diode-pumped microchip-solid-state laser was achieved. The output power and the slope efficiency were 37mW and 21%, respectively, in the CW operation and the peak power of the Q-switched pulse whose repetition rate was 0.84kHz was 88W with the pulse width of 33ns, when the reflectivity of the polymeric mirror was 92%.
