Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An improvement of the conversion efficiency is one of the most important subjects in dye sensitized solar cells. We studied to restrain the backward current which flow from the nanocrystalline titanium dioxide to the electrolyte by covering the interspaces of dyes adsorbed on the titanium dioxide film with carboxylic acids. We evaluated the properties of dye sensitized solar cells using the equivalent circuit of semiconductor solar cells.
