Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have attempted the nano-crystal growth based on electrocrystallization to construct highly-conducting nanowires. Phthalocyanines which form one-dimensional conductor were used. When direct current was used, nanowires which were 100 nm width and several micrometer length were grown on the anode surface. In using alternating current nanowires were grown between electrodes. The details of nano-crystallization will be reported.
