Abstract(in English) | We developed a locomotion mechanism using a bimorph piezo electric resonator as an actuator. We measured and analyzed the frequency characteristics of the locomotion velocity and thrust of the mechanism, and amplitude of the unwired and wired end of the piezo electric resonator. The experimental results were well explained with the theoretical calculation. |
