| 抄録(和) | アゾベンゼンを有するウレタン-ウレア共重合体薄膜に,波長488nmの直線レーザー光を集光照射したときの表面形状変化について検討した。誘起された表面形状は照射光の強度によって異なっており,大まかには強度が高い場合,低い場合,中間的な場合の3種類に分類された。これらの表面形状変化はそれぞれ,熱モード,フォトンモード,熱とフォトンの混合モードにより生じれいると考えられる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Photo-induced surface deformation of the films of a urethane-urea copolymer having azo benzene groups were studied by using a focused linear-polarized laser beam at a 488-nm wavelength. Shapes of the induced surface deformation deoended on the laser power, and were classified into types. A high power laser beam induced the shape having rotational symmetry as a heat mode deformation. A low power laser beam induced the asymmetric shape corresponding to a polarization direction as a photon mode deformation. A middle power laser beam induced the complicated shape as a mixed mode deformation. |
