Abstract(in English) | We fabricated the polymer light-emitting diodes(PLEDs) using poly-di-octhyl-fluorene which have different molecular weight distribution. The PLEDs having high molecular weight component showed higher PL&EL efficiency than the PLEDs having low molecular weight component. It is important to develop a monodisperse polymeric material. |
