Abstract(in English) We describe the preparation and the aggregation behavior of α-octakisbutoxyphthalocyanine derivatives (Pcs) having eight 2-thienyl or [2,2'-bithiophene]-5-yl groups at ,β-positions. The electronic states of the Pcs are discussed by means of photophysical studies as well as electrochemical studies. The visible spectroscopy of the thiophene substituted Pcs in spin-coated films were also examined to discuss the molecular arrangement of the Pcs in the bulk or films.
