Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The laser-induced concave lens has been generated by using both the large optical nonlinearity and anisotropic refractive indices of the dye-doped liquid crystal. The refractive index distribution in an intensitcontrolled convex lens is affected by difraction theorem of Kirchhoff , and good agreeement with taht obtained form exprimental obsevation.
