| 抄録(和) | この研究の目的は固体センサの表面で反応する化学種を定性・定量的に分析することである.従来,これまで,主に固体センサによるガス検出の研究は,センサの化学種に対する感度に重点を置き,応答が飽和した状態でのセンサ出力に着目してきた.しかしながら,反応の初期段階と反応が平衡するまでの過渡期間においては,センサ表面で反応している気体の化学的過程について多くの情報を有している.本研究においては,センサ表面での反応モデルを構成し,まず,化学反応過程を数学的にシミュレートした.次に,反応する気体の化学種を特定し,また,その量を決定するために,本手法を実際の実験データに適用し有効な結果が得られた. |
| 抄録(英) | The objective of this study is qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical species reacting to surface of solid-state gas sensors. In ordinal studies on detection of gas species by solid-state sensors, researchers attach importance to the chemical sensitivity of sensors and notice the output value of sensors in the saturated state of the response characteristics. However, the response in the transient state, region between the beginning of reaction and the equilibrium of reaction, has much information of chemical processes of gases reacting to surface of sensor. In this study, we construct a model of reaction on the surface of sensor and assume it as the first order reaction. First, we simulate the chemical processes mathematically, and then we apply our method to experimental data in order to assign chemical species and to determine their amount quantitatively. |
