Abstract(in English) This report describes a three dimensional (3D)imaging radar which we have developed for non-destructive inspection of concrete bridge decks. This radar has good signal to noise ratio by obtaining "n^2" sets of data using "n" sets of antennas (Multipath Linear Array Radar). Furthermore, this radar is equipped with software which reconstructs 3D images from the obtained data. We can easily investigate the internal state of concrete by using these 3D outputs. In this paper, we describe the principle and the composition of this radar.
