Abstract(in English) | The Mission Demonstration test Satellite-1 (MDS-1, "Tsubasa" Satellite) launched in February, 2002 has been flying on the geostationary transfer orbit (GEO) where the radiation environment is quite severe. Commercial Semiconductor Device test equipment (CSD) and Terrestrial Solar Cell test equipment (TSC) are installed in order to evaluate the accuracy of the ground irradiation test method by comparing the radiation hardness data acquired on the ground and that of the orbit. The validity of the ground test method was suggested from the observation data. |
