Abstract(in English) | ATFM (Air Traffic Flow Management) provide aircraft with instructions regarding departure time in case where the air traffic volume is estimated to exceed the operational capacities of airspace. ATFM considers Airport Closing Time, so the flight, whose delayed time might miss the closing time, is not providing delay. However, ATFM does not also consider the next fleet. Airline use to operates one aircraft multiple flights one day. Airline change aircraft when last flight might be late. The changing delay is desired by airline. ATFM algorithm of HANEDA Airport, which does not consider departure influence, is most simple. This paper presents some methods to escape delay for one flow controlled aircraft and the influence for other flights in case for HANEDA Airport. |
