Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper considers the problem of locating targets used for sensor alignment error estimation. The objective here is to find out the relationship between the location of the targets and the accuracy of the estimated sensor alignment error. We consider two targets and two sensors case. We, first, propose a method to find the relationship between the location of the targets and the accuracy of the estimated sensor alignment error. Using this result, we numerically show some interesting image patterns, from which one can determine proper/improper location of targets. Moreover, to verify the effectiveness of the above proposed method, using target locations selected by the proposed method, we run bias error estimation simulations and show that the estimated states actually has exellent accuracy.
