Abstract(in English)	We propose a new method for goal decomposition. In this method, we employ software quality as concerns for decomposition criteria. We systematically analise the relation between goals in different places of a goal graph as aspects, and decompose several number of goals. By using the concepts of ISO9126 and IS015408 standards, we show the capability of our method using examples of 1) the tasks of program committee chairs of international academic conferences, and 2) business of data delivery.
