Abstract(in English) A new CMOS proportional-to-absolute temperature voltage reference circuit is proposed. The circuit with small occupation area shows low power dissipation because all CMOS devices operate in weak inversion. Voltage reference with arbitrary primary temperature coefficients is demonstrated to be realized by using the circuit architecture.
