Abstract(in English) The output voltage of the thermoelectric (TE) generator depends on the temperature. difference. When we use such a power source in a batteryless wireless system, the DC-DC converter has to operate with an electrical power source of either polarity. In this work, we developed a switched-capacitor (SC) type DC-DC converter and a batteryless wireless system using MTCMOS/SOI technology. And we succeeded transmitting signals over a distance of 5 meters with only the heat from a hand or the cooling effect of cold water.
