Abstract(in English) | A single-chip MPEG-4 audiovisual LSI with ability of CIF 15fps encoding is fabricatd in a 0.13um CMOS, 5-layer metal technology. The chip integrates four 16bit RISC processors, 16Mbit embedded DRAM and dedicated hardware accelerators including a 5GOPS adaptive filter engine. It consumes 160mW at 125MHz operation, Standby leakage current is reduced to 80nA. |
