Abstract(in English) We designed a CMOS receiver circuit for short-range interchip wireless communication using ASK/CDMA technique with 0.25μm technology. We evaluated the designed receiver and confirmed the demodulation of 7.6Mbps bit rate with 31 spread spectrum code length at 10GHz carrier frequency.
