Wideband LC-VCO with Dynamic Reconfiguration

Abstract(in English) We propose reconfigurable RF circuit design. Dynamic reconfiguration provides Multi-function circuits and improves design productivity. As the elemental technology, wideband LC-VCO is designed. LC-VCO can be tuned from 2.4GHz to 5.1GHz using on-chip variable inductor.
