Abstract(in English) In the design of mixed analog and digital circuits and RF circuits, it becomes very difficult to obtain high resolution, high-speed and wide frequency characteristics under the low-voltage and low power operational condition at the same tune. Especially under the low-voltage condition, the difficulty increases because the dynamic range decreases and conventional negative feedback method becomes unavailable. In this paper, I would like to clarify where difficulties exist and whether there are solutions or not. Considering the results obtained by several developpments, I would like to discuss matters with you.
