Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We have designed a 50x50-pixel CMOS image sensor for indoor optical wireless LAN systems in a standard 0.35μm CMOS technology. This image sensor can communicate with four nodes at the same time. Enough gain was obtained by combination of an in-pixel trans-impedance amplifier and a column-parallel main amplifier. The data rates of 50Mbps/Ch and 30Mbps/Ch for wavelength of 650nm and 830nm were obtained respectively. The data rate of 10 Mbps was demonstrated in the transimpedance gain from 660 kΩ to 4.9MΩ. |
