Abstract(in English) The target of this work is fabricating Floating-Gate-Memory with protein which contains iron core. Up to now, we have achieved 2-dimensional crystal of ferritin on a substrate using PBLH(Poly-l-Benzyl-L-Histidine) film. However this method requires organic molecule film of PBLH and HMDS( 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyl-disilazane). In this study, we investigated direct adsorption of ferritin to Si substrate. We have obtained two dimensional nano-dot adlayer on Si substrate with high density. We discussed the possibility of patterning of nano-dot array.
