| Abstract(in English) | As information network are popularized, a service product is increasing in the market. Up to now service reliability is not discussed because of its intangible and invisible feature. The author think of a service as a kind of systems, and defined the service reliability. This paper discusses reliability models of several commercial service systems and introduces their basic formula. |
