| 抄録(和) | 出力符号を検査することにより,故障が検出可能な入力符号をもつセルフテスティングをもつシステムを仮定する.しかし,不完全なセルフテスティングをもつシステムの場合,故障が発生しても直ちにその故障を発見できない場合がある.これより,計画的に故障検出のためのテストを実施する必要がある.しかし,不必要に多くのテストの実施は,システムの性能を劣化させることになる.本研究では,このようなシステムに対して,計画的にテストを実施したとき,故障の発生から発見までにかかる単位時間当りの損失費用を導入し,期待費用を解析的に求める.また,期待費用を最小にする最適なテスト時間間隔についても議論する. |
| 抄録(英) | Suppose that a system has the property of selftesting : If there exist valid input codes such that some faults can be detected by checking the oputput codes, then it is called that the system has the property of self-testing. However, if the self-testing is imperfect then some faults can not be instantly detected. Therefore, it would be necessary to execute scheduled tests for instantly detection of fault. This paper considers the scheduled testing policy for the system. Then, introducing the loss cost elapsed between fault and its detection, the total expected cost until the detection of falut is obtained. Optimal interval scheduled tests which minimizes the total expected cost are derived. |
