Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose Bayesian hierachical models based on Poison distribution. Estimations of the Bayesian hierachical models are the maximum likelihood procedure based on marginal likelihood functions and the posterior mean using Gibbs sampler. We apply the information criterions ABIC and EIC to the failure models using the estimation methods for choice a fitted model. It is shown that the Bayesian analysis based on ABIC and EIC is useful for the reliability identification. |
