Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes the optical characteristics of the monoolein PVC membrane for taste solutions. The optical transmittance of the membrane changed remarkably after the membrane was immersed in four different sour solutions or two strong electrolyte solutions. It seems that the characteristics have a relation to a kind and concentration of sample solution. As a result, the characteristics were affected by the group of sour substance, concentration of strong electrolyte solution and a kind of ion. Therefore, it was found that the monoolein PVC membrane was useful sensing material about a kind and concentration of Sample Solution.
