Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) One method of deciding target trajectory in FES is to use that of healthy subject. But when we apply FES to paralyzed patients, it is difficult for them to follow that trajectory. So we can consider that there is another optimal target trajectory for patients. This report shows how to get optimal target trajectory for lower extremity FES. We make a program which calculates a joint torque and muscle tension by using inverse kinetics, and we define an evaluation function. It adds integration value of joint torque, smoothness, displacement of center-of-gravity position, applying a coefficient. We minimize an evaluation function by using simplex method, and searched the optimal target trajectory under the restriction in maximum muscular tension and number of muscle we can stimulate. When restriction wasn't prepared, simulated trajectory was similar to that of healthy subjects. And we confirmed that the method shown by this research is appropriate.
