| 抄録(和) | 正しい姿勢の作り方を理解しエクササイズを行った後,女子学生の歩行中の体重心や,左右腰のゆらぎは改善され,よりリズミカルになった.片側に荷物を持つと,運動をしていない中高年女性の歩行バランスは不安定さが見られた.右腰がインパルスに対して強い場合には,左腰の応答は小さく,インパルスは吸収され,左腰へは伝わらない.左腰がインパルスに対して強い場合は,右腰の応答が小さくなる.ARモデリングを用いたインパルス応答解析は,左右どちら側が強いか,その程度が解り,歩行バランス改善の評価のために明かな結果を提供する. |
| 抄録(英) | After understanding how to make the correct posture, and exercised, fluctuations of COG and both sides of the hip while walking became better and more rhythmic by female students. ln the case of the right hip side is strong against the impulse, and the response value of left is small, the impulse seems to be absorbed and isn't transmitted to the left, and visa versa. The value and duration of the impulse response curves have showed which hip is stronger and to what degree. The analysis of impulse response utilizing AR modelling provided clear results for the evaluation of improvement walking balance. |
