A evaluation of Cryosurgical System using FPSC and PERUCHIE module

Abstract(in English) Cryosurgery is one of treatments of carcinoma and tumor, LN2 and carbon dioxide snow is used as a cryogen. But it is difficult to control of temperature, the lesions occur to neighboring normal tissue. According this study, cryosurgical system was produced experimentally using FPSC and PERUCHIE module, and was evaluated of this one with liver of mices, and the range of cryonecrosis was investigated. As a result, the utility of this one was suggested because cryonecrosis was observed in liver of mices.
