Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We are developing a fan beam-type chirp pulse microwave computing tomography (CP-MCT) for high speed imaging of a biological target. In actual measurement of a real human body, data acquisition time have to be reduced effectively more than the present stage. The most suitable arrangement of the element antennas of the fan-beam type receiving antenna for quick imaging has been determined through experimental studies and the scanner with the receiving antenna has been evaluated its resolution. By employing a fan beam antenna like this, it is feasible to acquire projection data in CP-MCT.
