| Abstract(in English) | The rapid progress of high-performance small computer and the development of various sensors to observe the information of human body have made a great expectation for their application in human life. Especially, the application is expected in ITS and also in monitoring the healthy level of aged people. The purpose of this research is to develop a method for analyzing the information of human body information based on the pulse wave. In this study, the observation was conducted using a simple device. In such situtation, the analysis technique of pulse wave is not well established yet. It is because the information contains more noise than that is obtained from conventional electrocardiograph in arrhythmic diagnosis, and also the motion of the body during the measurement makes disorder in the pulse wave. In this research, we propose a method to estimate the change of heartbeat, based on the pulse wave. The principle of the proposed method is the application of Complex Demodulation to analyze the pulse and to remove the noise obtained from the measurement. The evaluation of the proposed method showed a good result in estimating the heart beat fluctuation from the pulse wave, during the quiet condition. |
