Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since the number of the repressor protein in bacteriophage λ is around 100, the thermal fluctuation is essential in the genetic regulation. In order to investigate the effect of noise on the genetic regulation quantitatively, we provide a stochastic model with Monte Carlo calculation as the extention of Shea & Ackers' deterministic model, which is composed of chemical reaction equations.
