Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper focuses on the characteristics of tunable half-wavelength resonators and their applications to bandpass filters (BPFs). First, resonance characteristics of various tunable tap-coupling half-wavelength resonators are examined for tunability of transmission zeros and a center frequency of the proposed BPFs. Secondly, proposition and design of BPFs using acquired resonators are carried out. The fabrication and experiment of the resonators and designed BPFs are also performed based on coplanar waveguide(CPW) technologies. The results show that the t,unable characteristics of the transmission zeros and the center frequency of the proposed BPF are obtained.
