Abstract(in English) | A two dielectric resonator method using two sapphire rods is known as an international standard measurement method of surface resistance R_s of superconductors HTS. One dielectric resonator method using TE_<012> and TE_<021> modes in a sapphire rod resonator is also expected as a high-efficiency measurement method of the R_s values. In this paper, relative conductivity σ_r of two copper plates is measured in room temperature using these methods. The measured values by the one dielectric measurement method do not agree with ones by the two dielectric measurement method. The cause is discussed by using different resonator structures. |
