Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The realization of miniaturized microwave class-F amplifiers is a key issue for ultra-high efficiency mobile phone systems. This paper reports the circuit design method for the class-F amplifiers using lumped-element inductors and capacitors. The proposed circuit realizes idealized class-F circuit conditions, where the load impedance for even order higher harmonics are short, those for odd order higher harmonics are open, meanwhile an impedance matching condition is kept for the fundamental frequency.
