Abstract(in English) | We have developed a 10-Gbit/s burst-mode 3R receiver using a new capacitive-coupled equalizing amplifier with high-speed mean-value detectors. A fabricated unit operated at 9.95328 Gbit/s with a preamble of only five bytes in a 9.2-dB dynamic range. This is the highest bit rate among all reported burst-mode 3R receivers for the NRZ data format. |
