| 抄録(和) | 本論文ではアクティブアンテナのEIRPのゲートスタブ長の影響を明らかにした。 FETのゲートスタブ長を従来のλg/4(λg:管内波長)を変化させ、約λg/2ごとに高出力が実験的に確認された。さらに考察では、出力インピーダンスの理論計算と比較し同様な傾向を示した。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, a design of active antenna was newly examined. At first, the output impedance of FET is theoretically calculated. Next, received electric power is measured. The length of gate stub of FET is changed and also a terminal of the stub is shorted or opened at every abbreviation A λ_g/2(λ_g:wave length in base), respectively. As a result, high output is periodically obtained. This is mostly in agreement with theoretical calculation results of the output impedance of FET. Moreover, EERP(Effective Isotropic Radiated Power) and electric power efficiency were examined. It was shown that the active antenna has high efficiency feature. |
